Since there was power failure before observation slot,
S01,W01,W03 were not tracking after power failure, removed
from GAC.

04:56:22 : Started scan on 1830-360 for ~ 1.11848 min.
05:12:40 : Started scan on J1820-0427 for ~ 6.12927 min.
05:21:45 : Started scan on J1941-3006 for ~ 
05:30 : S01,W01,W03 started tracking but there was not phasing before
pulsar so kept out of GAC.
